For Wholesale Nurseries
Upload your availability. When a landscape contractor designs a yard within 100 miles of your nursery, your stock becomes our recommendation. You get a PO, you pull the order, we pick it up. No marketing. No phone calls. No chasing invoices.
How It Works
Every time a contractor designs a yard near your nursery, our system checks what you have in stock. If your trees fit the design, you get the order. You don't market. You don't quote. You don't chase.
Species, sizes, quantities, pricing. Spreadsheet, Google Sheet, or the Emerald Portal.
Our system matches their design to your stock. Your trees become the recommendation.
Backed by a customer deposit we've already collected. Not a tire-kicker.
Our carrier loads at your dock. Payment hits your account in 7 days via Stripe.
Quality
Commodity stock under $200/tree ships with a 90-day warranty — no inspection friction. Specimens over $200 get a 60-second photo review from your phone before loading. High-value estates get an ISA Certified Arborist on-site. The system is calibrated to per-tree value, not order size — so we never ask you to photograph 1,000 identical arborvitae. Upload your availability spreadsheet. We add your nursery to the network. When a contractor designs a yard near you with species you grow, you get the PO. That's it.

Nothing. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no listing fee. We buy at your wholesale price and sell at our markup. You set your prices — we never ask you to discount.
However's easiest for you. Email us a spreadsheet. Share a Google Sheet. Or enter it directly in the Emerald Portal. We need species, container sizes, quantities, and your wholesale price. Update it whenever your stock changes — weekly, monthly, or in real time. We can set up your real-time integration to keep it easy for you.
Trees under $200 ship without inspection — a 90-day warranty handles any issues. For trees over $200, our photo review gives you confirmation before loading. If a tree doesn't pass, you substitute or credit the PO. The tree stays in your row — no return freight.
We handle freight through our carrier network — you don't coordinate trucks. You pull the order, load it at a scheduled pickup window, and we take it from there. If you have delivery capability and want to quote on delivery too, we can discuss that.
It depends on your species mix, your pricing, and how many contractors are active within 100 miles. We're growing the contractor network aggressively in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area. Early nursery partners get first-mover advantage as volume ramps.
