This policy covers treesupply.co and our portals for nurseries (emerald.treesupply.co) and freight carriers (roadrunner.treesupply.co). Tree Supply Co. is an operating brand of Lake Ploenta, LLC.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone and mobile numbers, and business addresses.
• Order and freight records: quotes, purchase orders, load details, pickup and delivery times, delivery photos, and proof-of-delivery signatures.
• Text-message consent: whether you opted in to texts, and when.
• Basic site and portal data: the pages you use and your browser's technical details, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To run the orders you're part of: requesting availability and pricing, issuing purchase orders, arranging pickups and freight, delivering, confirming delivery, billing, and keeping required business records. We use your mobile number to text you only if you opted in; see our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We share only what an order needs. For example, a driver's name and phone number go to the nursery where they pick up and to the buyer receiving the delivery, and a pickup address goes to the carrier hauling the load.

Service providers process data on our behalf to run the service: hosting and database, email delivery, text-message delivery, and payments. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together, and afterward as long as tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping require.

• Email us to see, correct, or delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
