Program Name & Description

Tree Supply Co. Operational SMS is an operational SMS program that delivers supply chain coordination messages to registered vendor partners — wholesale nurseries, freight carriers, drivers, and project stakeholders — who engage with Tree Supply Co. through our vendor portals.

Messages are sent solely in connection with active procurement, freight coordination, and delivery operations. This is not a marketing program.

Message Categories

Tree Supply Co. sends the following categories of transactional SMS messages:

Eligibility & Consent

Consent to receive SMS communications from Tree Supply Co. is established when a vendor partner:

• Provides a phone number through one of our vendor portals: emerald.treesupply.co (nursery vendors submit phone during RFQ response), roadrunner.treesupply.co (carriers submit phone during load bidding), or landed.treesupply.co (customers provide phone during order acceptance)
• Provides contact information during vendor registration or onboarding
• Provides a phone number in the course of standard business procurement discussions
• Responds to an initial operational outreach and engages in a business conversation via SMS

Consent is documented in our platform database with timestamp. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on active order and load activity:

• Nursery partners: Typically 1 to 10 messages per active purchase order
• Carrier partners: Typically 1 to 10 messages per awarded load
• Project stakeholders: Typically 1 to 10 messages per delivery

No recurring promotional or marketing messages are sent.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and rate plan. Tree Supply Co. does not charge recipients for SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive communications via email or through our vendor portals.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for operational supply chain coordination. We do not sell, share, or distribute vendor phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes. Message content may be logged for operational record-keeping and audit purposes.
