Messages are sent solely in connection with freight loads that recipients have actively bid on and been awarded. This is not a marketing program.
By submitting a freight bid through the Tree Supply Co. carrier portal at roadrunner.treesupply.co, carriers and drivers provide express written consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Tree Supply Co. related to awarded loads. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on load activity. You will typically receive one to three SMS messages per awarded load: a load award confirmation with ePOD portal link, and optionally a delivery coordination message. You will not receive messages for loads you have not been awarded.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and rate plan. Tree Supply Co. does not charge recipients for SMS messages.
